Roksol HP is an excellent product for the waterproofing of chrome tanned upper shoe leathers, if low levels of static and dynamic values of water sorption and water penetration are in demand. The product allows to achieve clear and well levelled dying either on full grain and de-grained leathers. Roksol SA should be employed as a main ingredient in any fatliquoring mixtures for bleached and colour linings either full grain or de-grained, bovine upper shoe leathers and small skins. Roksol SA forms very fine emulsion, and the overall fatliquoring effect depends on the preparation of emulsion. The product should be –prior application- diluted in the ratio 1:4 with warm water at 60°C. The treated leathers present very good softness, roundness, very good firmness of the grain, and somewhat dry touch. The employment of the product allows for clear vivid colours.Roksol LA
Roksol LA should be employed as a main fatliquoring ingredient in any of mixtures prepared for upper shoe leathers, made of either full grain or degrained bovine hides, calves skins, such as aniline full grain, nubucks and velours. Roksol LA is a very good fatliquoring agent for milled leathers. Prior introduction into the drum, Roksol LA should be diluted in the ratio 1: 4, with warm water at 60°CRoksol LB
Roksol LB serves its best as an fatliquoring agent for full grain aniline and buffed leathers, especially for all sortiments either bovine or calves for which good firmness of the grain is highly valued. Prior application ROKSOL LB should be diluted at the ratio 1 : 4 with warm water at 60°C. ROKSOL LB is intended for upholstery and car upholstery type of leathers, as well as for shoe upper nappa leathers, made of either bovine, calves and pig skins or small skins such as goat and sheep. Leathers treated with ROKOSL PP demonstrate itself with warm, pleasant touch. The grain of the becomes fine and even on milling. The nap of the suede leathers becomes very short, soft with a silky look.Roksol PN
Due to its high electrolyte resistance –acids and mineral tanning salts solutions and hard water-Roksol PN is recommended for the purpose of dispersing natural fats deposits from within the leather fibres network at the early stages of the leather processing, i.e pickling or chrome tanning. The product is a very effective stabilizer of anionic fatliquoring mixtures. It forms very fine emulsion which is resistant to acids and mineral tanning salts solutions, such as chrome baths.
